About The
Common Sense Chiro

Picture this: A little boy from Michigan with dreams of pirouettes and pliés, twirling tirelessly in his backyard, determined to conquer the stage. Now imagine that same boy growing up to share the stage with Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love Hewitt! Yes, we're talking about the one and only Dr. Jeremy Gaynier, the Common Sense Chiro.

But here's the twist: A dance injury catapulted him into the whirlwind world of chiropractic care. An encounter with good and bad chiropractors during his journey to recovery opened his eyes to a gap - a need for chiro's who are relatable, don't use scare tactics, and of course understands the flexibility of a dancer's body.

And just like that, a new dream was born. Enter stage right, Dr. Jeremy the chiropractor. Armed with years of dance knowledge, he was ready to make his mark in physical medicine and began his career in Chicago, Illinois. While practicing in Chicago, he worked with Ballet Masters, TV stars, and theater performers, and even served as the resident chiropractor for Navy Pier's Chicago Shakespeare Theater.

With a leap of faith (and a perfect pirouette), Dr. Jeremy then found his new stage: his very own practice in sunny San Diego - UPGRADE Chiropractic

His mantra? YOU are the star of your recovery. While he can adjust you into next Tuesday, without compliance with recommended stretches, exercises, and activity modifications, you'll just be stuck at the opening act.

The secret, according to Dr. Jeremy, isn't in the hardest solution or the quickest fix. It's in the simple, daily changes that you make. So, before you go chasing after complex solutions, remember that the answers are often simple and, dare we say, just plain common sense

With the right mindset and a little bit of persistence, you too can dance your way to recovery under Dr. Jeremy's expert care!

YOU are the star of your recovery. While [Dr. Jeremy] can adjust you into next Tuesday, without compliance with recommended stretches, exercises, and activity modifications, you'll just be stuck at the opening act.
